De plus, le personnel de la réception était très accueillant et chaleureux. Les chambres sont en cours de rénovation avec une décoration sur le thème des pirates, ce qui ajoute une touche amusante à l'expérience. Les installations comme le buffet à volonté et le bar ouvert jusqu'à minuit ont été très appréciées.
L'isolation phonique aurait pu être meilleure, car on pouvait entendre les bruits des couloirs et des autres clients de l'hôtel.
